  • Consultation: Your treatment begins with a thorough consultation with one of our skin therapists.

    They will assess your skin type, discuss your concerns and goals, and determine if skin needling is the ideal treatment for you.

    First, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed to prepare it for the treatment. A thin layer of hydrating serum will then be applied to your skin. Your practitioner will then use the SkinPen device, gently gliding it over the treatment area. The SkinPen device contains fine, sterile needles that create thousands of microscopic channels in your skin.

    You may feel a mild vibrating sensation and slight pressure, but generally, the procedure is well-tolerated.

    The entire needling process usually takes about 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the treated area.

  • This will be dependent on each individual’s needs, concerns and desired results.

    Generally, a series of 3-6 treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal outcomes.

    The suggested treatment program will be discussed as part of your initial consultation.

  • You can typically return to your normal daily activities almost immediately after the session

    Immediately after treatment it is common to experience some temporary redness and mild swelling in the treated area.

    This is a normal and expected response as your skin begins its natural healing process.

    These post-treatment effects are generally mild and usually subside within a few hours to a day, though some individuals might experience for up to 24-48 hours.
